TUITION

PreK and Music and Movement class tuition is $50/month. All other classes are $55/month per class unless otherwise noted. Classes run for nine months, starting in September and ending with the Spring Recital in May.

Tuition is paid in nine equal monthly installments over these nine months. The first tuition installment is due at registration or by August 25th; The remaining eight installments are charged on the 25th of each month, starting on September 25th and ending on April 25th. We do not prorate tuition for missed classes.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Registration can be paid via credit card, cash, or check. When paying initial registration with a card, the remaining eight tuition installments will be charged via “auto-pay” on the 25th of each following month.

The cardholder’s responsibility – not Rhythm & Shoes – is to keep credit card info current in the Parent Portal. There are no refunds on tuition.

FEES

A Registration Fee of $25 per dancer is billed at registration. Registration fees are non-refundable.

LATE PAYMENT

Late or delinquent bills will be subject to late fees, which are cumulative.

Registration is open until November 1st.

OTHER REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

All dancers must have a Liability Waiver signed and kept on file. All families with recurring monthly tuition payments must have a current credit card and a Credit Card Authorization form on file.

DANCE ATTIRE & DRESS CODE

Each class and age group has its dress code for dancewear and proper footwear. Dancers must have appropriate dance shoes to be allowed to dance on our Marley dance floors. Hair should always be up off the face and shoulders for each class.

CLASS LIMITS

Each class must have a minimum of 4 enrolled students. R&S reserves the right to cancel, move or alter any classes not meeting that requirement.

MAKE-UP CLASSES

Dancers can schedule a make-up class when absent from their regular class. To schedule a make-up class, email info@rhythmandshoes.com and include the date and class you want to attend. One make-up per absence is allowed.

COSTUMES

Students who choose to perform in our Spring Recital must purchase recital costumes and tights. Advanced classes may require more than one costume per class. All other classes will have one costume per class.

Due to the rising cost of costumes each year, we cannot estimate costume totals. Please see the front desk if you need more information about the previous year’s costume prices. A costume deposit of $50 per class will be billed at registration. The remaining costume balance is charged with the December tuition installment on November 25th. Costume payments are non-refundable.
